Hi, I'm Jenn, owner of Jenzone Fitness.  I am a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor as well as a licensed Zumba and Socacize Instructor.  I have been teaching a variety of fitness classes for over 15 years and by far I LOVE teaching Dance Fitness classes the most!  Why? Simple...EVERY CLASS FEELS LIKE A PARTY!!!

 

I teach regularly in the Durham community, online and also offer classes to corporate organizations, schools, special events and fundraisers.

Amanda has been a fitness professional for over 15 years, teaching everything from Bootcamp to Aquafit. She has an extensive range of certifications including Fitness Instructor Specialist, Fitness Instructor Trainer, Personal Training Specialist, and Specializations in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Aquafit, Zumba®, Cyclefit, Piloxing.  Her experiences have brought her classes across Canada, the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

 

Amanda’s passion for movement education makes her classes stand out from the rest, by infusing mindful functional exercises with fun, Amanda ensures that each workout is effective and challenging. 

Vanessa Stead

Vanessa is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who received her diploma with highest honours. Vanessa is also a professional dancer, she experienced first hand the lack of education available on how to properly fuel your body. There was little to no information being presented regarding energy-sustaining food and injury prevention. This ignited Vanessa to empower individuals to live a healthy, active lifestyle using the power of proper nutrition. She focuses on maintaining balance throughout the body by reducing inflammation, restoring gut health, and improving energy levels. Vanessa uses an attainable approach to achieve optimal wellness through whole foods, supplementation, mindfulness & exercise. This is achieved by evaluating the individual’s complete health history, lifestyle, and nutrition choices to determine the root cause of their health concerns or imbalances. Vanessa looks forward to assisting you on your journey of holistic health.
