JENZONE FITNESS CLASSES
Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, FUN, effective and totally exhilarating.
A creative blend of high/low impact aerobics combined with African and Caribbean dance movements. The music used is calypso, soca, zouk, reggae, salsa, dancehall and on occasion drums. An exhilarating Caribbean workout that also focuses on cardio, weight and strength training, toning and tightening drills to help you tone those troubled spots.
A low impact class targeting the core muscle groups including abdominals, obliques and back. This class will also work on strengthening other parts of your body, which we will interchange each class.
This high-intensity interval training workout will get you sweating in no time. These 20-30 minute routines will weave together total strength and get you energized for the day.
A fusion class combining the principles of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Strength training. Incorporating body weight, high repetitions and a little cardio.
ABS & BACK
A low impact class targeting the core muscle groups including abdominals, obliques and back. This class will condition your muscles, improve your posture and strengthen your balance.
ABS & BUTT
A low impact class targeting the core & glut muscle groups. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises to target common problem areas.
This is a vinyasa styled class geared to improve your strength and mobility through breathwork and a series of standing and seated poses.
Boxercise is a cardio workout based on the training used for boxing focusing on toning and fitness. It includes skipping, boxing drills, combos and body weight exercises that incorporate footwork and abdominal movements.
A low impact, full body sculpting class set to energetic music focusing on cardiovascular training and toning exercises with higher reps and lower weight.
