ZUMBA

​Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party.  Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.  Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!  It's easy to do, FUN, effective and totally exhilarating.

SOCACIZE

A creative blend of high/low impact aerobics combined with African and Caribbean dance movements.  The music used is calypso, soca, zouk, reggae, salsa, dancehall and on occasion drums.  An exhilarating Caribbean work-out which also focuses on cardio, weight and strength training, toning and tightening drills to help you tone those troubled spots. 

CARDIO DANCE TONE

A class which has intervals of strength training and cardio.  During the strength training you do exercises using your body weight and/or resistance bands, and during cardio we move/dance to fun high energy music

HIIT

This high-intensity interval training workout will get you sweating in no time.  These 20-30 minute routines will weave together total strength and get you energized for the day.

BARRE

A fusion class combining the principles of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Strength training.  Incorporating bodyweight, high repetitions and a little cardio.

CORE & STRENGTH

This form-focused workout will wake up your abs by combining core strengthening and stabilizing exercises.  These challenging movements will incorporate your entire body.

YOGA FLOW

This is a vinyasa styled class geared to improve your strength and mobility through breathwork and a series of standing and seated poses.
